Week Two Complete!
Sunday, January 24th, 2010This diet thing is getting easier every day. While I still crave some of my old favorite foods, I find it easier to keep myself on course. I always have a bag of fruit and nuts in my purse in the event I get hungry. This way I steer clear from cheating.
I feel leaner around my arms and waist, as well as in my face and its ONLY been TWO weeks! I can’t imagine what I will look like at the end of the challenge, but I am sure as hell excited to see the results.
Food Logs, due tomorrow. I need to work on that tonight!
